Can you tell me about aftercare?

I do explain proper aftercare to all my new clients and give them aftercare leaflets for HD Brows, Waxing and other treatments. If you have any specific questions, please contact me - I'm always happy to help my clients.

 

It's my first wax treatment; what can you tell me about it?

Don't panic! I love putting my clients at ease and they always come back so I must be doing something right, lol! There are a few things you should know and I have tried to cover everything on my special Waxing Information page.

 

What's the best way to book and what are your terms?

My online booking page is the best way to secure an appointment as you can do it any time and it will let you know if the day/time you want is available. You can click here to access the booking page.
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. All cancellations with less than 24 hours will incur a full charge of all money paid for treatments booked - This is due to us being unable to to allocate appointment times at short notice to other clients.

 

Can I get waxed if I'm pregnant?

In most cases, yes. I've put together a special Maternity Waxing page which will explain more here.
