Can you tell me about aftercare?

I do explain proper aftercare to all my new clients for Waxing and other treatments. I also give each client a special aftercare package. If you have any specific questions, please contact me - I'm always happy to help my clients.

 

It's my first wax treatment; what can you tell me about it?

Don't panic! I love putting my clients at ease and they always come back so I must be doing something right, lol! There are a few things you should know and I have tried to cover everything on my special Waxing Information page.

 

What's the best way to book and what are your terms?

My online booking page is the best way to secure an appointment as you can do it any time and it will let you know if the day/time you want is available. You can click here to access the booking page.
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. All cancellations with less than 24 hours will incur a full charge of all money paid for treatments booked - This is due to us being unable to to allocate appointment times at short notice to other clients.

 

What are your payment and refund policies?

Upon signing the treatment consent form, it is acknowledged that once the waxing treatment has commenced, the client is responsible for the full payment of the treatment cost. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. The fees for the treatment cover the provision of the treatment itself and the comprehensive service, which encompasses:

• Initial Consultation
• Information and Advisory Services
• Safe and Professional Treatment

While we are dedicated to providing a service that is transparent, ethical, and secure, we cannot ensure specific outcomes and, therefore, cannot offer refunds in cases where the attained results do not align with your anticipated expectations. Your understanding and agreement to these terms are appreciated.

 

Can I get waxed if I'm pregnant?

In most cases, yes. I've put together a special Maternity Waxing page which will explain more here.

 

What if I'm taking medications?

Taking antibiotics or topical acne medications such as (but not limited to) Retinols, Epiduo, Differin, Alpha hydroxy acids etc. can cause skin sensitivity and skin to lift when waxed. *You must be off Isotretinoin (also known as Roaccutane) for 6 months before waxing.
